Beverly Hills Cabin and Homestead features:

Policies: No weapons on premises!

We believe in the preservation of nature and kindly request that you observe the following rules:

1) Smoking not permitted inside cabin.

2) Pets are allowed but please let us know about your pet when you reserve the cabin. An exercise area and pet cage are available.

3) Registered guests should be the only tenants. Any visitors will be charged additional fees of $25.00 per person per night.

4) The owners have the right to ask you to leave if any of the above circumstances occur. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

5) Unless other arrangements are specifically specified: Check out is at 11:00 am. Check in from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

6) Cancellations made 14 days or less of scheduled stay are subject to $50 service fee

7) Cancellations less than 72 hours of stay forfeits $50 per night

8) No cancellation by phone or e-mail – NO REFUND ISSUED

9) Minimum two night stay on weekends.

Rates:

Weekday-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

Weekend: Friday, Saturday or Sunday

Rates do not include tax and are based on 1 couple.

$25.00 each additional person.
